Return Policy – Mythiqmat
1. Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible items.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

No restocking fees apply for returned inventory items.

No final sale items are eligible for return.
Most of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and are produced individually after each purchase. Because of this, such customized items are not eligible for return or cancellation under the 14-day withdrawal period (in accordance with EU consumer law, Article 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code).
However, we will gladly replace or refund any defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see section below).
2. Returning eligible items (14-day period)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
3. Made-to-Order / Custom Products (Printful)
Custom and print-on-demand products (e.g. items printed after purchase) cannot be returned or refunded simply for a change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
Exceptions apply only in the case of:

a manufacturing error,

a damaged item, or
-
the wrong product being shipped.
If any of these occur, please contact us immediately at mythiqmat@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
6. Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Personalized or print-on-demand items

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
